Xsis Electronics is a leading supplier of Advanced Design Radiation-Tolerant Crystal Oscillators for Space Applications. NewSpace and Commercial space projects and programs such as SmallSats, CubeSats and Satellite Constelations require smaller packages, shorter lead times and lower costs. Xsis has developed the parts offered below to meet these requirements. These parts use hermetically sealed ceramic packages and are designed to withstand 50 krad/Si TID and for latch-up immunity up to 75 MeV. In all parts, besides the 3x5mm package, the crystal is mounted at 4 points, making the crystal extremely resistant to shock and vibration. A 3 point mount is used in the 3x5mm package.
These parts are 100% screened per MIL-PRF-55310, Level B + PIND.
